Warranty and Returns
 
For Russian buyers
The warranty period for each product is indicated in the payment invoice.
Our store operates in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, in particular, we comply with the "Consumer Protection Act" law.
 
1. Return of proper quality goods
1.1. The client has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the goods - within 7 calendar days, exclude counting the day of purchase. The return of proper quality goods is possible if the goods were not in use, their original packaging, presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods have been preserved. In case of refusal to receive the goods delivered by the courier, the client must cover the shipping cost.
1.2. The client does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the customer purchasing it.
1.3. If the client refuses the goods in accordance with paragraph 1.1. of these Terms, the seller returns the cost of the goods, excluding the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods, no later than 10 banking days from the date the goods were returned.
1.4. Within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving goods, excluding the day of purchase, the client has the right to exchange a proper quality product for a similar product if the specified product did not suit the client in terms of characteristics or configuration. The client is not entitled to exchange goods of proper quality specified in the list of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 dated January 19, 1998.
1.5. If, at the time of the client's request, a similar product is not on sale from the seller, the client has the right to abandon waiting and demand the return of the amount paid for the specified product. The seller is obliged to return the amount paid for the returned goods within 10 banking days from the date the goods were returned.
 
2. Return of non proper quality goods
2.1. The client can return the non proper quality goods to the manufacturer or seller and demand a refund of the money paid within the warranty period, the shelf life, or, if such a period has not been established, within a reasonable period not exceeding one year. The client can also demand replacement of non proper quality goods or fixing of defects.
2.2. In case of refusal of the client from the goods and presentation of a claim for the return of the money paid for the goods in accordance with paragraph 2.1. of these Terms, the cost of the goods will return to the client within 10 banking days from the moment the seller receives the defective goods.
 
3. Refund
3.1. The funds are to be returned to the client by the way the payment was originally made.
3.2. If the refund is made at the same time as the return of the goods by the client, the return of the specified amount is carried out by the seller with the consent of the client in one of the following ways:
- in cash at the location of the seller;
- by transferring the appropriate amount to the client's bank or other account specified by the client.
 
To agree on the return, the client must contact the seller using the contact details indicated on this website.

2. Return of non proper quality goods
2.1. The client can return the non proper quality goods to the manufacturer or seller and ask for a refund of the money paid within the warranty period, the shelf life, or, if such a period has not been established, within a reasonable period not exceeding one year. The client can also demand replacement of non proper quality goods or fixing of defects. If deficiencies are found that affect the serviceability and performance of the goods, the client at his own expense can send the goods to the manufacturer for diagnosis and identification of problems. If, as a result of diagnostics, the warranty case is confirmed, the manufacturer is obliged to reimburse the buyer for the cost of shipping the defective product.
2.2. If the client refuses the goods and claims to return the money paid for the goods, the cost of the goods is subject to return to the client within 10 banking days from the moment the seller received the defective goods.
 
3. Refund
3.1. The funds are to be returned to the client by the way the payment was originally made.
3.1.2. Transaction and conversion fees are non-refundable.
3.2. Also, a refund can be made by mutual agreement:
- in cash at the location of the seller;
- by transferring the appropriate amount to the client's bank or other account specified by the client.
